Dahua NVR - POS integration

Hello!

I'm looking for a help with Dahua POS integration function.

Connection works both ways - IP and IP client.
I can search for my strings, logs are created.
There are "Play" buttons in logs, buttons replays video sequences.
With POS enabled in Scheduler - streams are marked with POS
timestamps.

But...

There is no text visible, no matter what stream I use, live or playback.
No text overlay!

Latest firmwares from dahuasecurity.com
NVRs affected - DHI-NVR5432-4KS2, DHI-NVR5216-4KS2.

It's my first POS integration, I don't want to re-create the wheel.

Please help!

Hi Maciej, try disable POS Info > Apply > Enable > Apply

Make sure to use Unicode UTF and Protocol set to General

The fact it is tagging the transaction says you are 99% there.

Same issue happened to me when I last tried using POS.
It showed up in logs, including what the text was, but it doesn't visually show over the stream.

I'm on NVR5216-16P-I.
