Dahua NVR + SmartPSS weird issue

A day or so ago SmartPSS started showing "WindowX has no record!" message when I try to start Instant Playback on any of the live channels.

Has anyone encountered such a problem?
NVR is DHI-NVR5216-4KS2

Turns out I forgot to set the DST settings on the NVR... stupid mistake.

I had the cameras before I purchased the NVR, so they had DST settings properly set-up, and were displaying the correct time on live view.
