Hi, mi NVR Dahua Model DHI-NVR5416-16P-4KS2E With Firmware 4.0010000006.1 ain random days and hours maybe once in a week the VGA and HDMI monitor output Freezing. but remotely it's still working. in this video we can watch that the motion green square appears on the 3rd camera image. the only solution for now iit's restart the nvr. we tried to restart the monitor and did not worked. we tried to move the mouse and the point didn't appear on the screen. the channel 1,3,5 and 7 are dahua ip cameras and the channel 2 and 6 PTZ Hikvisión camera the other are even hikvisión the last ones are connected by ONVIF protocol.
