So I have this dahua nvr which was working with dahua app no problems for years.i went out of the country for about 2 years,I came back and found out nvr was unplugged from wall.i put new Comcast modem .heres the deal,the nvr still functions great,I can view stuff and change things with the connected monitor to the nvr.now on the dahua plus app I tried adding the nvr and it says connection failed.the gateway in the nvr and tablet is same.192.168.1.47.i have two dahua cams Plus a huisun cam on the poe network.i even tried scanning with tablet and the app sees the nvr but it doentwant to enter.i tried to factory reset but only option I see is put nvr to default,the reset button does not show in the menu,plus inside the nvr there is no reset button.any other ideas I can try?
