Hello,

Dahua NVR4104/4108-P-4KS2 Network Interface RJ-45 Port (10/100Mbps)

Would a 1000 Gigabit Ethernet usb LAN Network Adapter work?

You need to be clear what you are doing, are you saying you want to use a usb port on the NVR and turn it into a Lan adapter ? I doubt that will work.

Why ?

Calculate the network load. Look at the NVR specs. For that nvr, the Max 80Mbps Incoming Bandwidth, so there is absolute no need for more than 100 mb

You have what you have, no magic bullet to change the native adapter speed. You can connect it to a GIG lan and it will work no issues. It is a good thought about connecting a USB gig adapter to a usb port, I will try it later but I doubt that would work.

I happen to be burning a Dahua Pro NVR on the bench, gave it a shot...as I figured no luck, the Firmware in the NVR does not know what it is, nothing comes up, I even pluged a lan cable in and nothing.
