Dahua NVR52084ks2 Fan?

My NVR's fan constantly runs even after shutdown. I thought maybe it was to let the unit cool before it finally shuts off but it's been on for hours after I shut down through the NVR's UI. No lights are on etc. just the fan.

Any ideas?

Ok thanks,I Was Just making sure it was normal. I took the cover off to have a look and it makes sense being that the fan that is on is the power supply fan and the only switch it is wired to is the hard power switch.
The side fan that cools the processor is a 4 pin and it switches off after shutting down.
