I have a customer with an older PTZ cam that is randomly moving the camera to the edge of it's axis and then just sitting there and then will not respond for a period of time.
I took the camera back to my shop, hooked it up to my network and factory reset it. I am still getting random dropouts when I cannot see it nor power it. I have to reconnect to the web interface in order to control it again. It was also constantly losing it's date and time thought not doing that anymore.
Anything else I can do or should I just advise my customer to purchase a new one based on this cameras age?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
