Dahua PTZ keeps spinning

I have a 2019 Dahua PTZ camera, and if i attempt to use the controls in blue iris to move it to the right, it just keeps spinning around and around.


Anyone have a similar issue?

It sounds like BI is probably sending it the wrong control commands. Did this just happen or has it always done this?

I assume you did the "Find/Inspect" thing when you added the camera? In the PTZ/Control tab of BI, did you try the other Dahua presets?

Be sure you are using the Dahua V4 New from the drop down in the PTZ BI setup page, instead of ONVIF,
