Having a problem with this camera I've moved property recently and run all new cables for proper CCTV install.

All other cams ok
This one just does not want to display video.

I'm running it from poe+ and it powers on fine just no video.

I'm using a enterprise poe+ rackmount switch which shows it drawing 13w with plenty of room for it to draw more and enabled if it needs it.

It's a managed tp link switch so can see in the web interface what it's doing
But it's not passing any picture.

I've tested the cable run and it shows up as all fine on the tester.

I'm t a loss and must be missing something.

I've repunched at the switch and camera end as well just to be sure.

Any ideas folks as it was working perfect

Are you saying you can access the camera GUI but it is not showing video - only a black screen but you can change parameters, etc.?

If that is the case, uninstall the web browser plug-ins and reinstall.

Sounds like a computer update and now a problem. Many have reported something similar and this fixes it.

Or could be a graphics driver update that now doesn't see the codec you are running. Try H265 and H264.

Thanks for reply no I couldn't get any video or access the cam

But the Poe switch was showing power but no video.

I've fixed it in the end.

Seems an issue with the metre of cable that was out the wall as it. Even installed a while but exposed. I think water may have got in and wicked up a bit.

Chopped 1m off and refitted and all good thank God
