Does anyone know if the PTZ portion of the camera when powered with the 24VDC power supply automatically shuts off any POE+ (PTZ) power burden that would otherwise be done through the POE+ ethernet cable? Is this automatic? Meaning if I just connect the 24VDC power supply the camera takes care of this on it's own or do I need to change a setting in the camera to make this happen?

This is important to know for power management. I need to consider overall power consumption through my switch. For now, I have plenty of available wattage but in the future, I need to know whether or not I can use the PTZ 24VDC power adapter as I believe it was intended or am I missing something?
