Anyone know what kind of alan/torq driver dahua uses to take the dom of there cameras? Yes i know they come with one but it would be nice to have a T handle version.
The one for my bullet 5442 that is used to adjust rotation and swivel is a T-15.
But the ones that came with my turrets to lock down the ball are smaller and have a hole in the middle to allow the post in the screw to fit. I do not have anything that fits that one.
Yes, they are generally torx bits in various sizes (T5-T15 that I've seen).
Sometimes, as @samplenhold mentioned, Dahua includes torx security bits which are hollow in the middle. If you have these screws, make sure you do NOT use a standard non-hollow torx bit as there is high risk of stripping the screw and you won't be able to get the camera off.
