Dahua SD22404T-GN , no smart plan menu after update

hello all .
i have a strange problem - my smart plan menu is empty after update to DH_SD-Mao-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_IVS_V2.800.0000000.6.R.210705
i tried to reupdate few times, but it's the same. i did all the reset before and after. Camera is working fine, ptz also , but no smart plan , and all what's coming with it ..., IVS ...
version before was i thing v2.6 from 2018
