ok so i've just received my dh-sd49225t-hn ptz camera and i'm having trouble playing back recordings my nas is offline at the moment so for now i'm trying to save / playback recordings to my local pc on the same network problem i have is that videos save to my pc as dav-file which i can not playback through the camera software when i press the playback tab in the online camera software its like there is no recordings there but when i check the pc file i created i can see the dav video files there if i try to open them to view i get a windows error not supported file surely i should be able to view my recordings from the camera software now just to be clear i have not got a sd card in the camera itself but surly that shouldn't cause this what am i doing wrong any help thanks, john

Thanks for your reply is the amount of recording time this camera can do limited to the size of the sd card in it or can I use my pc as storage for it thanks
