Dahua Smartpss zip's won't work

Hello, Smart_PSS_International_V1.13.1_R20160504.zip version won't open, i use 7-zip and have win10. Other zip's from dahua won't work either for some time now. Does someone have a clue for the problem? I have reported dahua but no answer. Sorry bad english :).

2 and it's not only me, some finnish dahua reseller also had problem, have you or someone tryid to download zip and open it? I got back 1.12.3 version, it works well for me, newer version 1.13.0 have problem to manage cameras.
 
I tried this directly - and you are quite right, the .zip file (and it is a zip file) is corrupt, on all the Dahua websites that it is offered on.
Unusual, and quite poor, for a company such as Dahua to have a problem like that.
Apologies for the doubt I showed that this would be the case.

Zip's finally working again and new smartpss version 1.14.0 seems to work pretty well.

There seems to have been many different ways to serve SmartPSS on Dahua website. I have downloaded 7-zipped files which include .zip file! So double extract work. Then I have seen also .rar files.

It is difficult to instruct someone not good with PC just to download SmartPSS from Dahua and install it. With basic skills they never succeed - normally you have first to download Winrar or 7-zip to get the file open...
