Dahua VTO 2111d-p-S2 lost power how to unlock door

Hi,

Currently the VTO2111d-p-S2 (with remote VTH) is using POE, and there is another UPS to provide 12V via VTO to provide power to the door EM lock. How to unlock the door if the VTO lost power (or lost card info) ? It seems once the VTO lost power, the EM lock will not release, is this normal ?
