Dahua VTO2000A + VTH1510 -1550 firmware upgrade

Hi,

I updated my VTO2000A to V3.120 but i cannot access the web interface either with my user name and password neither with admin/admin (message password error)

I also updated my VTH1510/1550 to v4.0 but i cannot initiate the system as the touch screen isn't responding (i have the blue initiate interface (password/confirm password/email.

Any suggestion please?

Yes,
For the VTH I used the screen recalibration procédure
For the VTO, it is dead, I changed it for another

Please, can you explain, how you do the VTH screen recalibration procédure?

On the vth you press the home button (4 small squares) and the the key button, the you press on the icons that appear on the screen.
I experimented issues with resistive screens like vth1510.
No issue with capacitive screens like vth1550
