Can someone help me out with this issue?
If I try to monitor the doorbell from the VTH1660CH I can see the video stream, hear audio so that works fine. See video.
When I make a call from the VTO2111D-WP the call goes thru and the monitor starts ringing, but the view stays black and a message appears: "Network abnormal, Video connect timeout!".
Also my IPC camera’s works fine on the monitor.

The VTO2111D-WP is wired by a poe switch (Dahua 8 Port PoE Switch, DH-PFS3110-8P-96 - 8x PoE - 96W) Also my 2 poe cameras are connected to this switch.
The VTH1660CH is powered by a POE-240100B injector only for dahua intercom. The lan is not connected to the dahua poe switch but to the main lan switch.
Firmware
Firmware VTO2111D-WP : 2019-03-20 V4.300.0000003.0.R (multi language) used language is dutch.
Firmware VTH1660CH : updated to V4.300.0000000.8.R because I needed a sip version to make connection with the doorbell. I downloaded the SIP version from the dahua website : VDP firmware
I used this file with VDP (General_VTH151X_Eng_SIP_V4.300.0000000.8.R.20190316.bin) there was also another file bin file (General_VTH151X_Eng_SIP_V4.300.0000000.8.R.20190316.language.bin) but I was not sure I also had to update that one?
