Dahua - won't boot. DH-IPC-HDBW81230E-Z 12MP

After about 2 years, my 4k cam is offline. When I connect the power adaptor, the light on the adaptor flashes about every 2 seconds, One IR LED on the camera flashes every 2 seconds, and there is a small green flashing led inside the camera. I've tried factory reset.

Can't connect to it. Can't find it with ConfigTool.

Any chance this is something I can fix easily?

Is the light steady when the adaptor is not plugged in to the camera?
Is this a 12v DC power adaptor? Maybe try another one to confirm if the adaptor is the cause of the problem.

Yes, 12v, before I connect the power adaptor, it is a steady green light on the adaptor. Do you think it could be the adaptor?

It's a possibility, easy enough to eliminate if you can test with another one.
