DAHUA XVR Email Motion pictures COULDN load

Hi guys, i have a problem with the dahua xvr motion email photos.

I have configured to IVS to send email notification with a photo attached to . But the thing is that the email is coming but the picture atacched is broken. Says COULDN load. ( screenshot below )

Does anyone have any clue why this is happening.

I have another XVR at another bussined , and it works just fine.

What app is that we are looking at?

It could be your email provider stripping the image... or it could be a setting. If that is the DMSS app it may be because you arent signed into the dahua account

Email alert is coming , its just that the image that is being attached its not opening

Correct. Likely Gmail is blocking the attachment

I also have this kind of problem. smtp provided by gmail account , email received on android with another gmail account or iphone with mail different from gmail can't open the attachment (with gmail on anroid or directly on the web there is a little icon at the bottom of the message , don't seems to be a real attachment).
Same account gmail on client outlook or thunderbird can see the image without problem. Anyone know how avoid this issue on the mobile ?
In the next days i'll try to change the smtp on account different from gmail.
