Dahuas Nvrs stop Booting same day

maybe the boards are not working anymore because overdrive of eccentricity but I would like to try flashing the firmware .Does anyone knows how;
 
Try unplugging the network cables and all cameras from both nvrs, just leave the power cable plugged into them. See if they boot up. If not, then your internal power supply have been zapped somehow.
