daily recording gap at 1am of 10 minutes

im noticing everyday around 1am there is a gap of 10 minutes of recording missing, anyone know whats going on here?
only log entry around this time is at 1.09am every day where time sync takes place.
would the clock be that slow its that far out every day its setting itself to proper time and thats where the gap is?

i think it is actually the firmware update i have done to this thing.
all my 3 NVR's are doing it after the last update.
