Dalhua IPC-HDBW4431RS Upgrade

New to this but I have a Dalhua camera and have had some rebooting issues /ip drops and though after a few years of this I should try to upgrade its firmware. Logging in heres the info I have

USA or for grey market?
You need usb2ttl adapter to connect your ipc to pc to get full control of this situation: enable start log, reset config or restore firmware.
Also you can try using special setting & script recorever vithout adapter & open you ipc.
