Date and Time Formats

Hi all, new user struggling with the date and time format of Storage and Alerts

I have played with the Camera ->Record -> Folder (Date time format option)

Ideally I would like to display Single Digit Hour with AM/PM however I cant get this to work correctly it shows the AM/PM but still maintains a double digit Hour (eg 18:00 AM),
Additionally the Alert saved images are not showing Minutes or Seconds in the file name just 00.00

This is the format I have, based on this webpage: Time Formatting

&CAM. %d-%m-%y %I.%M.%S %p

Which results in the following example:
LambCam. 27-04-22 14.00.00 PM.2459143.17-0.39937.49920.jpg

It should be:
LambCam. 27-04-22 2.42.17 PM 2459143.17-0.39937.49920.jpg


Also, I am not sure what the rest of the information that i have bold is after the PM in this example, or where its coming from I cant find a setting to remove this?

your time formatting appears correct according to BI's documentation.

Capital-I should provide the hour in a 01-12 range; if you truly want single digit hours to be a single digit there should be a "#" in that field between the % and Capital-I; e.g. %#I

Perhaps an email to support is in order?

As for the bolded text, my only thought is that there remains an additional string, constants or substitutions, within the folder's file definition box.
