Date and Time layer on video

Only one of my six security cameras has no date and time on the display but it is shown on the snapshot. Please help.

More info needed:

• NVR make and model?
• Camera Make and model?
• Where is the date/time not displayed? On the screen attached to the NVR or when viewing the camera's embedded webGUI?

I found the problem: ME. For some reason I left the video on zoom by accident.
