DB6 DoorBell "No Record Found"

I've been using the Dahua DB6i doorbell for a few years. About six months ago, not sure exactly, I've been unable to answer doorbells. The DMSS app keeps saying connection failed. I've also been unable to replay the doorbells. It says "no record" on the screen When I go into my physical NVR, the videos are there. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

Yep, I've had the same issues and I have tried everything I can think of. I just had to give up and now am using my old Ring doorbell until I can research a better local option that will work.
