how am i able to access the camera settings? all i have is the dmss app, but there are no options there to do anything
im getting a huge amount of white light (IR reflection or something)? i was told to try to turn off night vision to see if it would work but have no access to turn it off / on


UPDATE: i was able to add the camera using info from dmss (login) and ip info from config tool... which is awesome, but still cant control anything

Have you tried cleaning the lens cover?
