I saw this, this morning while out walking the dog. Lady driving the school bus while texting and no hands on the wheel. She did stop and park down the street. No kids on board.

I forgot to check my license plate camera for a close up. Both hands are on the phone.
Send it to the school. I am sure they will be so proud.
In the video, I watched this person flip through that red folder using both hands. Gotta love these people...
