Decoder Exe stopped working

Just wanted to ask has anyone had the iVMS-4500 crash saying decoder Exe stopped working
My system has three different nvr,s it when I open up 16 channels it seems to crash,my laptop can handle the process just when I open up all cameras via the client

I have the same problem.
Up until a couple versions ago it was working in Windows 10 64 bit, now I get at 53 to 56% the same crash.
I have also some other video editing programs installed. I was wondering if their videodecoder conflicts with the Hikvision videodecoder.
I tried reinstalling the newest version and running all in administrator mode and trying windows compatibility mode with Windows 7 and 8, still no dice.

I downloaded the latest soft ware for the nvr now it's more stable it's happened maybe four times and only if I go from one view window to all windows open.if I use the web browser that works fine so I would pin it down to the iVMS-4500

I downgraded to version 2.4.0.6 and it seems to be working better.
I found out that if I start i-VMS after a clean boot, it loads up and works.
The second time around it gives me the error message.
