IMO, "no"...it's your Mac, so "whatever cranks your tractor", I say.

Works like a function key I have on my wife's Lenovo laptop that launches a browser to open UI3, pretty much like yours...press a key, look at your cams.
One PC is dedicated to being a BI server so the cams are always open anyway, via console, but the function key shortcut is on the laptop is so she hears a bump, she can get a quick look over the LAN. I did that so she'd quit bothering me about every little noise...we live in the middle of a National Forest area.

I once bought her an Echo Dot and I told her it was so she'd quit asking me to spell stuff constantly (she's a terrible speller).... her first test was "Alexa...how do you spell "DIVORCE" ?" :highfive:

Back when I bothered to use my elgato stream deck, I had UI3 buttons on it ;)

But in the end it wasn't nearly as useful as I envisioned. If I already have the computer mouse in my hand, I might as well just click.
