DEER and Dahua PTZ Camera Tracking.....

Probably interpreted the antlers as arms making it "appear" human to the AI of the camera. Good capture and he had a great rack (boy does that sound weird saying "he had a great rack!).

This is false alarms, right now SMD make the PTZ can't track the animals anymore, this Reduce the wrong alarms but less fun to watch animals.
Deer is not easy to see here in China, so they may not add the deer algorithm into it, lol.
