Dell Optiplex i7-6700 - $550 & Loud Fans?

I'm thinking about picking up a Dell OptiPlex 5040 i7-6700 for $550. Does that sound expensive? Comes with Win10, 256GB SSD and 16GB Ram.

I'm also concerned if the fans will be loud? I'd like to have this in my office near my desk and don't want to listen to the fans running all the time. I'm currently using a MacMini which is very quiet.

its a bit on the high side, but it includes the ssd..its not a bad deal...
fans are VERY quiet, you probably wont be able to hear them.
