i am having trouble accessing one of my cameras page from the Camera list in the NVR , i just get "This site can’t be reached" .
so i decide on Upgrade the Firmware of the camera since reset to default and reconnect don't help .
i am running on version :
i really can't find the exact version of the camera in the Dahua website , the one that look a like is : IPC-HFW5831E-ZE , but the firmware version in the website is 13 and not 15 .
i just download it anyway and install it , that don't fix my issues , but now i am stuck with old version with one of the cameras .
any idea where i can get a newer version or the same ?
