I've heard of something weird about h264 and h265 as it relates to having smart motion detection enabled. Do you use smart motion detection? Can you see if disabling it helps at all? I think it's that you can only use h264 with smart motion detection. This is a disclaimer note I've seen for some dahua cameras available on Amazon. Maybe that's your is issue?

Thanks for your help Shockwave, i got another ipc DH-SD29204T-GN here are some attachment of the motion, firmware and encoding this one never reboot itself motion is enabled but not rebooting i will checkout and disable motion detection of the other one when i got home hopefully problem will go, i will write back

Your camera was working fine so this probably isn't it, but sometimes cameras get a mind of their own and enable settings on reboot which you didn't realize. This is the note on some cameras I was talking about. Worth a look to see.

Note:
1, Default account: admin admin (suggest update password)
2, if you choose H2.64 model, you can choose smart codec: on or off!
if you choose H2.65 model, you must choose smart codec: off!
when the camera h2.65 model,it can't support smart codec!
when you choose h2.65 model and choose smart code on, The camera will restart by every 10 seconds ! The cameras will be damaged !

Dear shockwave, i think i found what causing the ip camera rebooting or it's actually disconnecting from network, i used another router not connected to my network a single router with no internet access to test the camera on it, it stopped rebooting at all i think something conflicts in my network connection i use 10 ipc and one nvr , what might be causing the conflicts and keeps my ipc disconnecting from network!

I have a problem with the same camera SD29204T-GN
Since monday without explanation the camera restarts alone several times a day, I reset the parameters by pressing the reset button but the problem continues.
I tried to power the camera directly with a 12 V power supply but the problem is still the same...

Try to connect camera at a separate router without internet access it may conflicts with something on your network...!

Hello, I experience the exact same problem, the timesframe being also the same. I'll follow your tips and come back later with further info.
I also noticed the heat is really high on the bottom back of the camera.
Since you spoke of internet.. I had a look on my bind logs and see multiple queries coming from the camera to dms.easy4ipcloud.com

Ok I just blocked all traffic from Camera to the Internet and everything went smoothly back working.

iptables -I FORWARD $counter -i $INT_IF -s $IPCamIP -o $EXT_IF -j DROP

How to know what device taking the same ip as my ip camera? Problem not solved yet it's keep rebooting when connected to the internet please help

As I use BSD and Linux it's fairly easy. The IP camera receives its address from my routeur. Concerning the blocking of IP I do it on my Firewall.
If your routeur is given by your ISP you should be able to log into and write some rules to affect a certain IP to your camera. Concerning Traffic's outing to the internet, it depends on your setup.. Install some box with PfSense or shorewall if you have capacity for it.

Try to use Advancer ip scanner to know what device use a dedicated IP adress ,
The best way is to have a network only for IPCAMERA and an other network for the home .
Look at my network :

You can disable DHCP and you have to give an ip adress to each product.
