I have a DH-SD49425XB-HNR connected to an NVR NVR5216-16P-I and originally setup IVS on the NVR. The Camera has the Auto Tracking Firmware so I thought I would see how it functions.
I setup the Smart Plan on the Camera and a single IVS accross a road. Setup the E-Mail in Networking on the Camera but the E-Mail configuration is correct but does not send with a test "Send Fails"?
I went to the NVR and set the IVS to "AI BY CAMERA", and it reverts to "AI BY RECORDER" after trying a dozen times? I undesrtood that the Camera synchs with the NVR so I am stumped to why the AI BY CAMERA does not save nor the EMAIL config on the Camera fails.
Any help would be appreciated.
