DHI-NVR4108-P-4KS2 No video export via web interface possible!

I hope someone can help me.
I have the problem that no video can be saved via the web interface. I've used different browsers and even tried several updates to the firware. But it didn't help me. I don't get an icon for it on the user interface. Normally this should work for this model. How did this affect you?

I cant read German? But try using the IE browser. Some functions will not appear without it.

Still use Internet Explorer, with plugin installation.
Theres so many differents between Plufin and No-Plugin installed

You must use Internet Explorer, no other browsers are supported. Normally the webactiveX plugin can be installed by following the browser prompts that are presented during NVR Web access. If that failed then see these instructions:
