I just recently acquired an DHI-NVR4208-8P-4KS2 along with a few 2pm varifocal starlight cameras of different shapes. When I was directly controlling the NVR via mouse I could zoom using the on-screen controls. Unfortunately, now that I'm accessing the NVR via WebUI, the various zoom/ptz controls do nothing.
This is using IE 11 as, within Firefox, I continually get prompted to install the plugin though it's already installed and, within chrome, I'm told to download Easy View which says that the plugin is not supported.
Can anyone offer any hints/suggestions on the workaround for this?
