Did BI5 v. 5.5.5.6 break discovery?

I upgraded yesterday to 5.5.5.6 and now I cant get Camera Discovery to work. Did something change?
I leave http:// blank and hit Find/Inspect and nothing comes up now. Or maybe something changed on my system? Like firewall settings?

Just put on 5.5.5.7 and camera discovery is working

I updated to 5.5.5.7 and discovery still not working. what could cause this? (Firewall or something else?)

The only changes I remember making prior to this issue is:
I check marked "bind exclusively" to the LAN Access under Web Server. I was hoping this might make the IP address static.
And on the Asus router side, for the laptop running BI5, I changed from DHCP to "MAC and Address IP binding" for that IP address

Is this a new camera installing, try adding existing camera IP for new camera and scan.

OK, that was it. You have to create a new camera. You cant modify an existing camera.
