The bullet has 4 infrared compared to 2, so it can produce a better night B/W image.
Some will say the bullet has slightly better optics due to not being cramped in.

As Wittaj mentioned above, I found the bullet to have much better IR illumination. The bullet is rated at 50 meters, whereas the turret is 40 meters. Optics seem about the same. No appreciable difference. The big difference is the mounting options. I prefer bullet mounts, but at some locations the turrets look better and are less noticeable, if that is what you are looking for.
