Difference between IPC-HDBW7842H-Z and IPC-HDBW5842H-Z ?

I've been reading through the specs on the Dahua website and I'm not seeing the difference between these two cameras. Is there a short answer that I'm missing?

The 78 has license plate capture. The other does not.
