Lol, they will send you a bill later normally 2-3 weeks.
DHL is horrible these days ship to DE, always held the shipment.

The bill arrived yesterday. Fedex charged a 5€ fee for services and send me the customs office papers. They charged the exact equivalent of local VAT, applied to "the declared price of the item plus shipment". As 150€ was not exceeded, no information on duty can be inferred from this shipment. Fedex offers online payment with credit card or paypal.

At least it is available in written form now. We still don't yet know about duty, at least from the info here.
