Dlink DCS-2670L keep losing connection in Blue Iris

I have two outdoor dlink cameras (DCS-2670L) which I've connected to Blue Iris via RTSP (only way to connect them). I've noticed from time to time one or both die giving the following error:

I can't figure out what can be causing this, both camera work when using their ip addresses via my web browser so it's something with Blue Iris or the rtsp side of things.

Are these cams running on wireless or wired?

Either way, are they connected to you BI server via your router?

hi all yes its dlink, but I have to work with what I have! so dlink dcs-2670l, can get video fine but audio is either not there or squeaky. I have tried all the dlink dropdown options and the find/inspect to add the camera as generic but no joy camera firmware is latest (v2) and latest blue...
