Just wanted to share. I have been using inexpensive DLINK IP Cams for my Blue Iris system for years now. While they are not HD, these cheap WiFi cameras do help give you eyes where you need it. I use the DCS-930L type that also has Audio. If using WiFi, I highly recommend you have a good 2.4GHx router. In fact, what I did is dedicate a TP-LINK 2.4 router as an access point for my cameras that I do not have wired connections. That way, my main router is not flooded with traffic on its 2.4 channel - which can be extensive if you use a lot of 2.4 devices. Segregating out the Camera WiFi traffic to its own router/access point has made a tremendous improvement.

I have 12 of these cameras on my Blue Iris system: 6 connected via WiFi and 6 wired.

If you search, you can find these online for around $30 - $40 each.

All of them are set up in the MyDLINK Cloud so I can manage them. DLINK has been pretty good about making firmware updates current and easily applied via the MyDLINK Web app.
