I'm having a similar issue with DMSS (version 2.0.22).
While on cellular data, I'm usually having problems with the video playback (keeps loading and then fails). Both with playing back 10sec alert videos and playing the past recordings.
Strange thing is that usually after a couple of retries (3-5 or so) it starts working correctly.
Any ideas what to check?
