DMSS app, 2 people logged in with same creds

Hi,

I’m logged in to the DMSS Dahua app with my creds

Can my wife log in on an app with the same creds to see the same cameras?

I tried it and it asks her for the cameras serial numbers etc, is that necessary?
 
Are you logging into the NVR?
How was the NVR added? By IP or Serial number?

I can login along with my wife using the same creds.

But are you logging into individual cameras or logging into the NVR and viewing the cameras in the list?

DMSS version?

OK I'm one version behind you on .845 ios

I'll try using IP added NVR. The two we tried were added via serial # as I'm toying with P2P
