DMSS app filters

Hi, does anyone know how to solve this problem on the mobile app regarding filters ie human detection?
When connected to lan I have the option to select many filters and when I’m not on lan I don’t have any.
System is a NVR608-64-4KS2

In either snap have you selected a camera or just playback and then conditions?

I can’t make mine do that.

What app version ?

Mine has 1.99.841
Build 2024.11.12

I just selected one of the cameras then goto playback

You’re one app version newer than me. I usually wait 3-6 months on new app/fw releases(or longer if all is well) as there is a not insignificant chance they’ll break something

This only happened since switching nvrs so pretty sure it’s hardware configuration rather than software.

Have you tried deleting the NVR device and deleting the DMSS app totally, then reinstall DMSS and NVR. This should pull the correct NVR data.
 
May have been an app issue because 12-4 where mine is dated 12-5. So maybe there was an issue that was reported and fixed the next day???

Weird.
Assuming you are recording those filters (“record” box checked on the IVS rule on the camera and recording schedule enabled for those events on the NVR record schedule) I can’t think of why you’re not seeing them.

Are the event hash marks still showing on the timeline in the general/full time app playback?

No they are not showing when remotely but are when on LAN. Pics attached
Il add im on iOS too il try an android device see if i have same issue.
