Guys how does HDW5231R-Z perform in the dark; is it any good with seeing registration plate at night?

The images uploaded are from SD29204T-GN with IR turned off - night time is not the best - there is ghosting.

Anyone have a chance to test/review the HDW5231R-Z yet?

I'm dying to hear because I have to order 8 cameras early week for the install and still not sure whether to go with these or the DS-2CD2342WD-I-Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.
