Hard to tell magga. The listing is very low on specs and any real info. You may find yourself locked into their software/apps, there's not even any mention of ONVIF compatibility. Whether that matters or not I suppose depends on how you want to use it.

And yes, for what it is, it's damn expensive. You may want to have a look at something like this instead. I have one and it works well. You may be able to splice in some extra length to the power cable for your application too.

Oh, and as for how I plan to use it, plugged into a Hikvision NVR.

That looks like a good and much cheaper option, thanks!

I do like the 8m cable on the more expensive cams though, because then I don't have to have anything stuck to the back of the door.

Agreed. You could probably do a bit of DIY cable extension to improve it for your app.
