Does anyone know how to reset password for WBOX NVR?

As the title says. We purchase a used WBOX and of course can't get past the password. We have tried the default pw to no avail.

Without knowing the model - hard to give a precise answer - but maybe this would help :

Thank you the model number is 0E-162TP15UN. I have tried the SADP tool and it didn't work and have emailed the file to support but they won't be open till Monday.
