I have my PTZ camera set up last night and have set 4 presets. Preset 1 I regard as my base default so I set up my motion zones with cross zoning, I have not enabled Overide Motion zones for preset one so asume it uses the normal zones and cross zones as a static camera.
Now preset positions 2,3,4 I have enabled Overide Motion zones and made some zones for each of these presets which incidentally are set up on the basis of cross zones, but it seems these zones are not responding to cross zoning?
Quest is does PTZ motion zone override respect cross zoning? Also when you enable video clip back back to Test run through motion detection is the custom zone used for that PTZ position not used?
At the moment Im getting notifications for detection in zones that are either not used such as Zone A, or getting detection for a area in which has no zones at all?
