Does the DS-2SF8C442MXG-ELW/26 have people tracking?

I bought this camera used not realizing how much of a BEAST it is and how heavy it is, does anyone know if it has auto people tracking?

I use it with BI and the camera has a VCA section i have played around with it but un-able to get it to track anyone.
